I have decided to start blogging back again. To make things simple on why I decided to stop blogging for the period , lets say its my darkest moment. And I felt it was better all kept with me , and many things were just not in my favour then. And I did not want to complicate things much further with all the details , and thus I decided to take a break and just be alone. And , I quite amused myself with all my lonely antics , i managed to pull through. And , I have to say I am much stronger than I thought , I was. So yeah . I am back to blogging again.

Its' attachment period . I have already done with one week of attachment , another two more weeks of attachment. So far , attachement has being pretty alrights , except for the sore foot and backaches at the end of every shift. But the body is really amusing , it pretty well recuperates for the next working day. And I thank God for the recuperation of the body.

Thus far , in attachment nothing much interesting hasn't been happening , though this week I tried to achieve my core skills like performing wound care dressing, my asespis technique needs to really improved and performed in-out for a female patient , this was pretty challenging as I had a tough time locating the urethra hole , I had to directly put my face infront of the genitile area to examine the hole with a torch. It was my first-time doing it on a real patient. It's unlike in school , where the manquin has in alignment the holes. And I went on a spree of patients to asculate for apex heart beats , and from observation skinny male patients are much easier to asculate for apex heart beat as its easier to locate.
